The purpose of the processing of your data is to enable influencers to collaborate with partners’ trademarks in order to ensure the promotion of their products/ services.

We believe that it is in our legitimate interest to process your personal data in order to be able to provide our services to our clients, commercial brands and partners, notably because the processing of your data in this way also has advantages for you, influencers. Indeed, the collection and processing of your personal data allows you to have the opportunity to be connected with our clients, to participate in their campaigns and thus to develop / finance your own activity as an influencer.
We limit the information we collect to what we believe will identify relevant influencers based on the campaigns offered by our clients, commercial brands and partners. The data includes basic information such as your name and contact information, title/function, public profiles on social networks, areas/topics of interest, and possibly some brief information about your professional background.
Here are the different categories of data we collect:
- Identification information (name, surname, pseudo, photo, date of birth, gender, nationality…)
- Contact information (profile on social networks, email address, postal address, phone number when this information are public …)
- Information on opinions and preferences (style of dress, interests, recent published content …)
- Information about working life (job, field of activity, website and social account, number of subscribers, likes, comments, recent published content …)
The information referred to in 4.1 is collected via searches carried out by CTZAR on social networks, once they have been made public by the influencers.
It may also be collected directly from influencers, in particular in the context of the execution of campaigns in which they participate
No automated decision-making in the processing.
Depending on their respective needs, all or part of the data is sent to:
- Authorized CTZAR staff members
- Authorized Partner Brand Staff
- CTZAR technical service providers (including hosting)
CTZAR may assign or share all or part of the personal data in the context of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, total or partial sale of CTZAR’s assets or in the event of a recovery or liquidation.
Your data is hosted within the European Union.
Some of our service providers and subcontractors process data outside the European Union, in the United States.
We have concluded with them specific contracts and standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission in order to oversee and secure the transfer of your data to these service providers.
Data made public by influencers on social networks and which has been collected by CTZAR will be kept:
- Until a request to object to the processing or to delete the relevant data is received;
- Until the deletion of the social network account through which the relevant data was collected;
- Until the data concerned is no longer made public via the social network concerned.
CTZAR implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security, integrity, confidentiality and authenticity of personal data.
